I am passionate about helping my clients to thrive on all levels and lead the life of their dreams, guided by their true selves.
Having grown up in extremely busy family businesses and later navigating a high-pressure, competitive corporate career, I developed numerous limiting beliefs about myself. These beliefs negatively impacted how I operated in life, leaving me feeling hyper-vigilant, burnt out, and anxious most of the time. Despite always appearing positive and inspired on the outside, I struggled with feelings of inadequacy, insignificance, forlornness, dread, sadness, loneliness, insecurity, and a constant sense of being overwhelmed. Nursing my dying mother through her final weeks during my early adulthood showed me that there is so much more to life than the material world.
This experience sparked my journey of self-discovery. Over the past 15 years, practicing, studying, and teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation have been invaluable in helping me find temporary refuge in my true self and in guiding my students to find theirs. However, it was only through the Mace Energy Method that I was finally able to shed the immense weight of negative beliefs and suppressed feelings that had been controlling my life. Now, there is so much more space in my life.
I experience ease and silence, feel comfortable asking for and receiving support without guilt, and no longer act out of duty, which had always led to resentment. My communication is clear and direct, I am confident and know my worth, I speak up and stand up for myself, my relationships are authentic, balanced, and deeply fulfilling, and my career is both meaningful and rewarding. My family is also benefiting greatly from my renewed calmness and well-being.

I bring a wealth of experience to my work as a Licensed Causism Practitioner. My background is in civil engineering, followed by a successful, entrepreneurial career including IT systems analysis, day trading, financial advisory, public liability legal services, and Bowen therapy.
A deep exploration of spirituality and mystic philosophy has been the enduring undercurrent of my life journey, guiding me in effectively helping high-performing men and women to access their true nature.
From a very young age, I knew the suffering I was experiencing was preparing me to support others going through similar hardship. By 14, I was suicidally depressed, without a consistent home and dealing with chronic health issues. For 10 years I struggled to meet my basic needs, weighed down by so much emotional and physical illness. I saw western medical doctors, homeopaths, naturopaths, kinesiologists, chinese medicine doctors, psychologists, astrologers, medicine people, shadow work coaches, spiral practitioners...you name it, I’ve probably done it. Yet, my health issues persisted in some way or another. I kept playing out the same patterns in my relationships. The same thoughts and feelings I was so exhausted from navigating would always re-emerge eventually. The "healing journey" was never ending. There was always something to manage or "sit with", no matter how much progress I made.
This is no longer my experience of life. My chronic health issues have resolved and calm clarity is my baseline. Triggers no longer take me down for days or weeks at a time. My relationships have become incredibly beautiful and easy, because I really know who I am - I’m not confused about what to do or not do and my expression of love is not being distorted by old negativity I'm carrying. I am no longer scared or angry about the world and I make the most money I ever have, the most easily I ever have.
